You need to use weight to firm and tone your muscles. You cannot rely on cardio workouts alone.

I love to do activities that are exercising, but you have fun and you don't feel like you are exercising.

I go to Jazzercise! I started about 5 years ago and I have been hooked ever since! The value cannot be beat and the friendships that you develop make it the the most fun & best workout going. I love it and go to 5 to seven workouts a week!

I took up figure skating as an adult. 10 years ago at age 43 I took my first Learn-to-Skate lesson at our local rink, and I've been hooked ever since. I'll never be able to do what our club's 14-year olds can do, but I have tested with judges, competed in my state's State Games (yes, I even won a silver medal!) and I am currently learning (and just about have) my first full-rotation jump ? a salchow. I'll let you all know when I finally land it! Learn-to-Skate isn't just for the kids, ladies. It's fabulous exercise, and it's a great stress reliever, too. Each time I go to the rink I call it my "it's-cheaper-than-therapy" session. And no, you don't have weak ankles. You have had poorly-fitted boots!!

A long time ago I was a fitness instructor-now the most exercise I get is walking to the mailbox. So Sad. So Sad.
