What's your favorite type of exercise?

It's hard to find time to exercise in our busy days, but it's still very important! Whether you exercise regularly or not, what's your favorite thing to do to get your heart pumping?

Cardio at the gym on a machine (15.3%)

Stretching and toning like yoga & pilates (16.9%)

Hiking, biking, or an activity outside (32.5%)

    In the past, before I got busy and now just not motivated...Stretching and toning like yoga & pilates made me feel refreshed and enegetic.

    I enjoy any outdoor activity because it doesn't feel like I'm exercise. I also go to the mall and window shop when you least expect it you already walked more than half an hour.

    I like walking or running on the treadmill while listening to my music, and i feel great afterwards

    I enjoy walking and swimming. I have an in-home daycare and do alot of playing with the kids outdoors.

    I am currently trying to find some exercises to do in the pool, does anybody have any suggestions? I jog in the water, and have done squats. I don't have a deep end and the pool is only 4 feet deep so it is hard to do some of the exercises I see in the magazines.

    I try to do yoga or pilates when I have time but having 4 teenagers at home & 4 little ones on the weekends & working a full time really zaps me!

    I live in a beautiful outdoorsy area, so I really love to take advantage of hiking, etc. as time permits. It amazes me how close the hiking trails are, but how little time I have to actually get there with work and home. But, hiking is my favorite form of exercise. That way I also get to see the scenery and breathe in the fresh air.

    My form of excercise is dancing-swing, salsa, -much more fun, meet nice people, gets me out of the house and when I dance I don't think about anything other than what my feet are doing-great escape.
