What's your favorite type of exercise?

It's hard to find time to exercise in our busy days, but it's still very important! Whether you exercise regularly or not, what's your favorite thing to do to get your heart pumping?

Cardio at the gym on a machine (15.3%)

Stretching and toning like yoga & pilates (16.9%)

Hiking, biking, or an activity outside (32.5%)

Lifting weights (4.0%)

    Walking or jogging outside is the best! Not only are you getting your exercising in but nature is ever changing, there will always be something new to look at!

    I have worked out on and off for years, but have recently started working out every day. I can not believe the difference it has made in me. If I miss even a day I feel crappy. I have to at least get in 30 mins of intense exercise to feel good. It really helps with stress. I don't know why I do not tone or lose weight when I do workout everyday which includes cardio and weights, plus watch my diet. But I will say with 3 children sometimes it is hard to find the time or energy but if you just give at least 30 mins that is something you are doing for yourself and you will feel so good!

    With 3 kids a dog and a husband, I don't have time to go to the gym. Plus, the expense of it, I don't have. I can run after the kids, walk from car to store and stretch enough with everything I do on a daily basis to get in what I need for my body. It is sad, but it is life!

    I find staying as active as I can doing the things I enjoy is enough to keep me fit

    Aqua fit classes are the BEST type of exercise I have found! I love water and I hate exercise... although I still sweat while working out in the pool, you don't feel the exertion quite as quickly - so you can do more and not really realize how many muscle groups you are working on!

    i love excersise!! i justa started like 4 months ago and i feel a lot better!!, my body looks great and the clothes looke better on me now than before!
