I use this everytime I make my sausage and cheese dip! 2 lbs sausage (Jimmy Dean rolled), 2 cans of rotel (drained) and one loaf of velveeta cheese (2lb). Cook the sausage and add it to the crockpot with rotel and cheese and let it melt. This is a staple in our house during football season and parties. Serve with Fritos Scoops!

This is great especially when u add some velvetta cheese and make it into a dip for some nachos!!

I love rotel and my family uses it all the time. It goes along great with velveeta cheese. The dip is delicious and a good appetizer for any get together. It takes less then 5 minutes to make too.

You can put a twist on any recipe. I've used it on fish,chicken,and shrimp gumbo. My kids love it in my sweet no bean chilly.

Rotel is absolutely great for adding flavor to anything. You can add it to Velveeta and make a queso dip. You can also add it to your burritos, into rice dishes, and just about anything that needs a little kick to it!
