Prep and eating time are definately is a big factor in choosing what I eat for breakfast but I also take into consideration if it fills me up til lunch time. For example, an egg and cheese on an english muffin fills me up more than a bowl of special k with skim milk!

I want to know whatever I eat is benificial to my body as in calories, fat, etc. Prep time is also a leading factor for me and of course convenience.

Ditto to StarLite33. Usually a protein shake will do it for me. If I ever stray from that, it's an hour or more before lunch and I'm wandering around wondering what I can munch on!

I am on a very restrictive diet, so I really have to watch the ingredients in my food. Once my fridge is stocked with "safe" food, then I worry about the convience and prep time. Rarely am I "allowed" to eat fast food breakfast.

I look at the protein content, net carbs and conveience as I am usually rushed in the morning. I use 3/4 cup soy milk (part chocolate and part regular, 1 cup of ice, 1tbsp milled flax seed, and 1/4 cup bluberries or 1 pineapple ring combine in blender. 1 slice of weight watchers whaet bread and either 1 egg or 1 tbsp peanut butter. Cal about 235-250.

I try to eat healthy but I also look for convenience. most days i eat cereal or a sandwich for breakfast. I like to eat cereal with less sugar more fiber. If i am still hungry i eat fruit. On the weekends when time permits, I would take more time to cook. Either scrambled eggs or French toast, bacon and coffee. Not exactly healthy. But I try to eat a balanced meal for dinner most weekdays. Fish, meat and veggies.

I would rather be late somewhere than skip breakfast! A lot of times it may just be a bowl of cereal during the week. On the weekends I definitely cook or bake something for everyone.

I don't want to spend alot of time on prep for breakfast, but nutritional ingredients are a top priority for me.

I can eat anything for breakfast so for me it is how much it costs and what it tastes like.
