We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but that still doesn’t mean that we do more than guzzle a cup of joe on the way to work or school with the kids. If you do make it a point to have your morning nourishment, what’s most important to you when choosing what to eat?

Nutritional content & convenience are equally important to me.
My feeling is-if breakfast isn't nutritious, why eat it? The experts are right when they say it's the most important meal of the day.
my choice for a breakfast food is probably convenience as I am very limited to time in the morning
If my breakfast is not packed with protein and fiber, I am ravenous by lunchtime.
I have a high-protein, high-fiber cereal and try to add fresh fruit if I have it on hand
We eat a healthy breakfast and include fresh juice with a combination of fruits and vegetables daily.
I try for good nutritional content every morning with little prep time. Or prep time I can do for us the night before.
I try to pick healthy options for my family, but I have to say that cnvience was a close second choice!
