Listen to our latest podcast episode with best-selling author, speaker, and mindset coach Sarah Centrella and enter for a chance to win one of three copies of her newest book, Think It.
We were excited to have Sarah join us on the Women of Influence podcast to talk about the power of mindset and how our thoughts shape the outcomes we experience. In this episode, she shares how a single shift in thinking helped her rebuild her life and how that same approach can be applied to career growth, confidence, and everyday decision-making.
How much do our thoughts actually influence our future and what would change if we became more intentional with them?
We also explore the concept of mental fitness, the role of repetition in rewiring the brain, and simple tools like the Power of Pause to break negative thought patterns and create new momentum.

A thought pattern I’d like to change right now is my tendency to assume the worst-case scenario before anything even happens. I often catch myself thinking, “This is going to go wrong,” or “I’m not going to be able to handle this,” especially when I’m already feeling overwhelmed. That mindset doesn’t just stay in my head; it affects my motivation, my confidence, and sometimes even whether I try at all.
