A thought pattern I’d like to change right now is my tendency to assume the worst-case scenario before anything even happens. I often catch myself thinking, “This is going to go wrong,” or “I’m not going to be able to handle this,” especially when I’m already feeling overwhelmed. That mindset doesn’t just stay in my head; it affects my motivation, my confidence, and sometimes even whether I try at all.
