When my dad was deployed overseas he found out he was able to take a quick trip home for Thanksgiving. He flew 23 hours just to be with us for one day, and then flew 23 hours back. He now lives across the country and if I ever need him, he doesn’t hesitate to drop everything and hop on a plane. - Melissa
My grandfather helped me buy my first car when I was 17 and always changed my oil and helped maintain the car for me. I liked spending that time with him and to a 17-year-old with her first car, it meant a lot to me! - Stephanie
My husband, Drew, has been drawing some cartoons of my daughter Franny occasionally - and posts them on the Instagram page he created for her called frannypancakes. She loves seeing the drawings of herself and it's really sweet for me to remember some of our funny moments with her. - Emily

It says to answer a question in the blog post below.. but don't see anything other than the comments... But anyway.. Although I don't spend much time with my parents, I do love and appreciate that I have them & even that they're still together as well (considering my fiance's parents aren't together, & his sister lies about everything to both of them, so Mom might get this story but Dad hears a completely different one). We have our ups & downs but who doesn't? & That's what family is about anyway.. Always being their through thick & thin, no matter what!
My dad recently bought me a new bike with a baby carrier!
Paid off my car!
My Dad has supported me and taught me right from wrong. He is the best.
My dad raised me from the age of three, he was a fantastic loving person who I was proud to know.
My father is amazing, in my 40's and he still takes care of me 4 states away from eachother
