When my dad was deployed overseas he found out he was able to take a quick trip home for Thanksgiving. He flew 23 hours just to be with us for one day, and then flew 23 hours back. He now lives across the country and if I ever need him, he doesn’t hesitate to drop everything and hop on a plane. - Melissa
My grandfather helped me buy my first car when I was 17 and always changed my oil and helped maintain the car for me. I liked spending that time with him and to a 17-year-old with her first car, it meant a lot to me! - Stephanie
My husband, Drew, has been drawing some cartoons of my daughter Franny occasionally - and posts them on the Instagram page he created for her called frannypancakes. She loves seeing the drawings of herself and it's really sweet for me to remember some of our funny moments with her. - Emily

My husband goes out of his way to make sure he spends more time with our son, than worrying about what money he can spend on him.
My boyfriend has stepped in 100% as an amazing man, role model, and soon-to-be stepdad for my 3 children. He goes above and beyond every single day for them, whether he's taking them fishing, planning vacations for them, just checking in to see how their day is, or cooking them their favorite meal just because it's a Tuesday.
My always found time for us even though he went to work every day. He would fix our Bikes and Scooters. He build us things like a Dollhouse for the girls and Train Track and Car Race Tracks for the boys. Our Dad was awesome.
Guiding me in the right direction when I was going in the wrong one. Loving me no matter my screw ups. Never judging, never loving me any less for the wrongs I've done. Just being an annexing father.
By always being there for me and supporting me in whatever I wanted to do in life,
He made me laugh
My Daddy has always understood and supported me even when my Mother hasn't.
My fiance, being there for me and helping me when I need it. The way he treats my niece in a loving and caring way.
My Dad helped me buy my first car. He was able to get me a great deal!
My husband was there for my son for fun times and to help when he acted up some as he got older too. I'm proud of both of them. My father I would see on vacations with fun times, and it's good to let loose sometimes after a busy day.
My husband & I always put up a united front with the kids & keep our disagreements to ourselves. When our daughter was born 40 yrs ago, I asked her dad to keep me from making her a prissy girl. Mission accomplished!
Always being Daddy's girl even at the age of 30.
Well, I wouldn't have my two terrific kiddos without him, so that right there is pretty dang fantastic!
My dad abandoned us when my sister and I were just little kids. After years of abuse against our mother it was honestly a relief. Here I want to honor a father figure in my life who was always there for me when my biological father wasnt....my uncle! It takes a great man to step up and take care of two other kids when you already have 3 of your own and not make a difference between them. Being a father means much more than being biologically related....my uncle is everything a proper dad should be and this fathers day I want to tell him to thank you! He took care of us and helped us financially when we needed it...today he loves my husband as his son in law and calls him more than he calls me sometimes. He is an example for fathers out there....good job!
My dad would always give me words of wisdom which came in handy over the years. But one I will never forget was to be sure you wear clean underwear in case your ever in an accident.
