We have already made pumpkin chocolate cheesecake and I can't wait to make a pie with it and mascarpone again. Another few dishes that I love are pumpkin ricotta gnocchi, raviloli, and just steamed with brown sugar and walnuts.

I am super excited for any and everything pumpkin flavored...I have created quite the collection of gum, candies, drinks, and much more. Most important I am uber excited for pumpkin donuts and cookies...I cannot seem to resist during this time of year!
