Many years ago I was in a horrific motorcycle accident and had to go through a lot of different types of Therapy. One that always stands out in my memory is being in the hospital and having to make and bake some Cream Cheese Frosting Pumpkin Bars (yes it was in November of that year) and the test was to make sure I was able to still follow some pretty complicated directions after I returned home. Those Pumpkin Bars turned out great and even 20 years later I still make these same ones that I got to take home the full recipe for! I have always loved anything Pumpkin and Autumn is great and absolutely beautiful here in Wisconsin!

Pumpkin Pie in a Cupcake looks delicious. Will definitely try this. And I love pumpkin manti (dumplings).

Those pancakes look super cool. The look delicious and fun to eat. However, I am most looking forward to my moms pumpkin bars with homemade icing.

This year I'll be trying a new pumpkin roll recipe as well as pumpkin muffins.

I am looking forward to my Mother's yearly "Harvest Bread". She makes it only once a year, in 32 loaves, to give as gifts, and to keep for the Holiday Season. It consists of pumkin, chocolate chips, nuts, and all that good stuff! I'm not even a pumpkin anything fan, but this bread is amazing! It's worth waiting for yearly! It freezes great! To keep fresh through Thanksgiving, and Christmas! My favorite Candy (chocolate) Reeses Pieces and (fruity) Sour Patch Kids. Yummy!

I do bake pumpkin seeds here at home and also plan on making a pumpkin cheesecake with chocolate cookie crust & this wonderful almond and pecan crumble for the top!! IT'S DEEEEEEELISH (-:

I want to try pumpkin ravioli with brown butter and sage. I've never been a huge fan of pumpkin or sweet potatoes but am trying to get to like them.

I love pumpkin cookies with maple icing. We also like making pumpkin bread and pancakes. I love to bake this time of year! And am always looking for new recipes if you have any. :)

I love everything pumpkin. Each fall, I become pumpkin obsessed and have to try everything that comes out in pumpkin scents and flavors. I want to try the pumpkin soup from the recipes above.
