Description: Delicious Mexican soul served over corn chips topped with shredded cheese!
Ingredients:
3 lbs
ground beef
1
onion
1 can
black beans
1 can
pinto beans
1 can
chili beans
1 can
tomato sauce
1 can
rotel
2 cans
whole kerrnel corn
3 packs
taco seasoning
2 packs
hidden valley ranch
Corn chips
Shredded cheese
Instructions: Brown your beef with onion, once cooked add taco seasoning and ranch mix, cook for about 10 mins. Set aside, grab a large soup pot and put all of your beans, Rotel, tomatoe sauce, and corn in pot than add your meat after you've drained out the grease. Mix well, cook for 45 mins. Serve over corn chips and top with shredded cheese!
