Makes: 1 dish
A delicious and savory breakfast passed down from a family recipe.
Sift together flour, sugar, and salt
Beat eggs and milk together
Gradually add the milk mixture to dry ingredients stirring until well blended
Set aside about 1 hour (DON'T SKIP THIS!)
Grease as 11x7x1.5'' baking dish
Dice and broil 1/2lb bacon
Add bacon to the batter and stir together
Pour into baking dish
Bake 400* for 40-45 minutes
Cut into squares and serve
