I work - since I work freelance at home as the digitalgrandparent.com, I can lose myself for a while and then find myself again when my regular life calls. It's a perfect solution
It is a proven fact that exercising releases hormones that make you feel better. If I don't do anything but go for a walk, it helps.
How can you not have chocolate as its own category?
exercise allowes me to get the stress out
I eat or explode, not really the most mature way to decompress but that's me! It's gotten better as I've gotten older but I can still throw a temper tantrum with the best 2 yr. old around! ;)
I always feel better talking w/friends or family as they have a way of getting me to laugh & smile by using the kindest words or humor. Hugs help alot also!
I clean like a fanatic and I cook time consuming dishes.
just knowing that in time all things pass and reminding myself how lucky i really am. gets me through anything but of course warm brownies and cold milk don't hurt
I tend to snack a lot of things that aren't so good for me. I don't know why because I then get stressed over how much "bad stuff" I've eaten...
I wish it was more exercising.. but eating seems to be the winner for me..
