It is so depressing when you get to work in the dark and leave work in the dark. I would say that it is harder to get up in the morning though than it is to stay awake at night.

I love the fall back of time, but hate to wake up in the dark to go to work and come home from work in the dark. It almost makes you feel like a walking zombie.

I also wish they would just pick one time, and leave it be.

My sleeping is the same. I just get depressed because I know summer is over and that is my favorite season.

I was hoping that the darker mornings would make my kids sleep later, no such luck!
