Do these days of shorter daylight hours at this time of year affect your sleep?

We all know that getting a good night sleep can improve our performance during the day, what do you do to try to achieve that?

    dark just represents sleeping, so when its darker earilier you get sleepier earillier.....cuts your days short for sure

    It does not matter to me in the colder months but love the longer days in summer time.
