I have to agree with the others. I wish they would leave the time alone too.

I don't like those long dark evenings. I enjoy daylight savings time and I am glad they extended it by a month (turning clocks back 1 week later in the fall and three weeks earlier in the spring). I whine whenever we turn those clocks back...it gets dark even earlier than! I like daylight savings time because I don't want it light at 4:30 in the morning. I utilize the daylight more in the evenings.

When it gets dark early, i feel like curling up in bed after eating dinner. The darkness makes the time appear later than it actually is.

Nothing I do seems to help me sleep. I try lavender room spray and shower gel, Tyenol pm, Sleepytime tea, they work for the short term, but nothing seems to really work long term.

I actually prefer the shorter days, it makes me know that Autumn is here, my favorite season. I actually don't prefer the long hot bright days and we get plenty of them here in Texas!

I am a stay at home mom and even though I don't have a job shorter days don't effect me! I have had trouble sleeping for years now!! I don't have a problem waking up but I do have a trouble getting 8 hours of sleep every night!

Winter is my favorite time of the year. It's easier to sleep. I hate longer days because the light always wakes me up too early and keeps up long after bedtime.

It's probably because I get more comfortable in bed,but it seems like I just can't wake up early

I use a SADD lamp (Seasonal Affected Depression Disorder) for 10 minutes each morning. It does help.
