Love this product and all elf products. Love the cost of Elf products. My daughter does makeup and loves elf. This product is easy to apply.

I don't usually gave 5 stars but I loveeee elf liquid black liner ! They don't smear (at least on me they don't) long lasting till you wash it off. I always by like 3 at a time and they stay very black. The tip is also sharp. So cheap too 1$ thank you elf for making these.

I did not mind Elf's liquid eyeliner. It is a thinner brush which is good for details. I would honestly take Elf's cream eyeliner over the liquid any day.

This product was exactly what I paid for it. It flaked off and smudged. I am a big fan of really black liner. It was kind of watery and I was not a fan of the brush. There are a lot of cheap makeup products that work well even though they are cheap including much of elf products but this wasn't one of them. My eyeliner is important to me. It is a makeup up product that I have to have work well.

I love this product, not only for the price but also for the quality! I use this everyday as well as the precision liner to create the perfect winged liner! I choose this over the million other eyeliner products I own. Will keep repurchasing as well!

I have been consistently disappointed with ELF products. I believe the company has targeted such a low budget that they have sacraficed quality in every regard. This eye liner is difficult to apply and I cannot create a precise line with the applicator. It doesn't dry matte and after wearing it a few hours, it will flake. The ELF products are great for the price but when the quality is so poor, even a dollar is too much to spend.

I really like elf products because they are great quality and also are inexpensive as well. However I wasnt a fan of this liquid eyeliner. It doesn't stay on well without smudging on parts of the waterline and also smears easily and doesn't stay put. I was kind of disappointed :(

I got some for christmas and it works. It always gave me a perfect line, very easy to use

with my love for elf products i found this at dollar tree and grabbed it up so much to my surprise when i opened it to see this thin tiny looking brush but i figured ok it will work for my winged liner i am having issues with and tried it, drying time i am used to because most liners i use take a bit but what i was not expecting was it flaking then of course if that wasnt enough i looked like i a raccoon when it smudged under my eyes and over it, forget water proof either, sorry elf but this one is a no go!

This product is cheap and goes on great but I think it smears to easy

Personally my Teen and i love the elf brand but this eyeliner is a miss for us both yes it glides on perfectly smooth but after about 2 hours of wear it never seems to fail to start flaking off on us both , we tried and tried again to give it another chance but to no avail , this product is not for us .

Love this eyeliner! It has a long lasting wear for a super adorable price! It's very pigmented as well which is a must in my eyeliner must haves!

This liner is amazing, however it peels off when rubbed and it's not waterproof. It comes off very easily. It is very pigmented on the other hand. Con; dries out easily

This is my go-to eyeliner! I love it and have bought it several times. Its quality outweighs its cost and I will continue using it!

Cracks and flakes when it dries, don't rub your eyes.
