the only liquid eyeliner I'll use. it glides on well and it's a great price.

good use for a cheap affordable eye liner you might have to put more than one coat tho

I love E.L.F. Products so I bought this liquid eyeliner and was very disappointed. It peels off quickly after applying.

I used it a lot in high school price was great and product was even better it lasted real long and was very easy to apply, great product!!

I have to say that I definitely love this eyeliner , i believe it is only 1$ and it works soo good and it lasts around 5- 7 hours :)

I bought this at target for only $1 so if you want to get this, I suggest you go there. (: I think its a little runny but the brush is easy to sweep across my lid! It's pretty fast-drying but you have to be careful because the smallest blink could smudge it while you've just put it on

This product was one of the best liquid eyeliners that I have tried. The brush is small which makes for an easy apply. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend, the price is also very affordable for such a quality product.

I have a lot of elf makeup and I adore the brand. The eyeliner doesn't clump up and dry out as fast as other brands I have tried before. I would recommend all elf products to anyone! My friends love the way I do my eyes and I always use elf eyeliner and eye shadow!

Im not a huge fan of any e.l.f products, but I especially dislike the liquid liner, its messy and it smudges.

Dries fast, easy to apply and looks fabulous as well as lasts all day long!

This is my go-to, cheap liquid liner. I have repurchased probably 5 times. It does take a little longer to dry,but if you wave your hand I think it dries pretty quickly. And matte! Will continue to repurchase in between my high end liners.

Its one of the best liners as far as more inexpense brands
