I use this everytime I make my sausage and cheese dip! 2 lbs sausage (Jimmy Dean rolled), 2 cans of rotel (drained) and one loaf of velveeta cheese (2lb). Cook the sausage and add it to the crockpot with rotel and cheese and let it melt. This is a staple in our house during football season and parties. Serve with Fritos Scoops!

We use Rotel as additions to other dishes. We use them for tacos. Excellent add in for dips and chips. We bought four 10 can cases from Sam's and are going back for more. Very versatile and improves many dishes.
