I am not a huge fan. I don't think it has great staying power.

Very Messy & it takes to long to dry on your eye.

I purchased this item after using MAC cosmetics liner that I had to put on with a brush. This product is ok for the price you pay for it, was learning to put on liquid eyeliner. It went of with little difficulty but was not as smooth as I was use too. As a starter product this is perfect!

ELF is a great brand. Love this liquid eyeliner.

I did not like this product and I'm actually a fan of elf cosmetics. I found the bottle and applicator awkward, the solution was too thin, and it did not last. I had to apply this and then go over the line several times because the solution was so thin. It never looked right. It dried funny and it rubbed off way too easily. I know this is not an expensive designer product but I've used other products from elf and have been quite satisfied.

Very good eye liner for what you pay for.But for me that i some what of a oily eyelids it tended to rub under my eyes.

I love how cheap this is. However, when you keep it for a little while the color starts to turn grey, and the tip isn't as fine as I would like.

I use this alll the time an i have found it at the dollar tree how crazy but it works an stayed on all day

I give this product a 3 star rating. Maybe it was just the one i got maybe not but it wasnt very pigmented either. It also seemed to dry out a little. But..it is cheap and after working with it its good for the price. i always keep a few laying around just in case.

Great product! So inexpensive and yet it does what it is supposed to do. It lasts the whole day. I am very impressed by this product. I love elf because they are very affordable but all their products are great quality.

the applicator came to me bent and out of shape the color is very black but smudges.

This is a great product for anyone who doesn't like to spend alot of money on makeup. Its cheap and works just fine. Stays on a long time to.
