I can't use it really on my eye. Every time I try to apply it it doesn't even get close to my lash line and looks gross on me haha

elf cosmetics, such cheap price for great product! this eyeliner is great! you can spend 20$ on some brand and it will give you the same results... this eyeliner stays on all day and doens't smudge. great price!
