Thank you, SheSpeaks, for given me the opportunity to try CoverGirl Outlast Double Lip Shine! I'm a fan of lip gloss and this one is ok. Maybe I was not so excited to try it because of the color I got but it's a great product.

Stays pretty well, received a color I wouldn't normally try but all in all worked out pretty well. Had a friend who totally loved it and asked me about it so many times once I was finished reviewing it I gave it to her as a gift with the condition that she tell me if she liked it enough to wear it all day.. she did... for three days straight.

Love the Covergirl Outlast Double Shine. Very great Color,love it. It stays a long Time on the Lips,taste is great. Got lots of Compliments using it.

I did not receive this product to try, but have used CoverGirl Outlast Lip products for many years, I have tried other brands but keep coming back to CoverGirl, for the really long lasting color, and the great selection of colors. I do not wear this everyday, it is drying to my lips, but I do wear it every time I am going to a party or someplace where I want to look great ALL NIGHT long and not have to worry about my lipstick kissing off on someone, or staying on my champagne glass, or just wearing off. Yes, I wake up in the morning and my lipstick is still on! (To remove it, I apply lip balm, and wipe, it comes right off). I do think the gloss is a bit sticky at first, but once I get socializing it doesn't bother me, I don't even notice the lip dryness until the next day, then the lip balm helps. During the party you can always reapply the gloss, to keep moist and shiny, but I often lose track and don't bother. So what would I like to see improved with this product? Since it is a long last product I would like it to be doing good things for my lips, adding nutrients, vitamins, and moisturizer to the base color coat would be ideal, I might look for a daytime everyday shade then, instead of just an occasional night time color.

There were pluses and minuses for this product but for me, the minuses outweighed the pluses and I would not purchase this item. On the positive side, the color and gloss does last nicely. I did not reapply it the whole evening. On the negative side, it really made my lips feel dry and that is a big pet peeve with me. There was a film on my lips as well. I have to put a bunch of Vaseline on my lips during the night to rehydrate them.

I loved this lip gloss. When I want color I use the color side and If I just want glossy lips I was able to use the clear side! Its so convenient and lasted so long! I love it and plan I buying another when this one runs out!

I was surprised at how long this lasted! I put it on at 11am and it was still on when I was getting ready for bed at around 9:45pm! I tried to rub if off using a baby wipe but it didn't come off! Talking about staying power! I ate and drank throughout the day and did not expect it to last this long. I ended up using a waterproof makeup remover to get it off my lips. Do not apply too much or else it will feel cakey. I applied a thin layer and waited for it to set then applied another. I love the lipgloss part too. It smells like candy. I was skeptical about applying the clear gloss because I didn't want to get the lip colour on the wand but it didn't transfer. Definitely recommend if you don't like to reapply your lip color.

I was so excited to try this product. The color I recieved was perfect. The product lasted a long time, but I had to apply a chap stick kind of product b/c my lips dried out. I did have to reapply the gloss a few times during the day, but that's not a big deal. We women usually touch up our lipstick throughout the day.

This meant for long wear and it's fulfills that promise however, it leaves your lips feeling dry and with a superglue kinda of feeling. I had to use a makeup wipe to remove it. It shows every mistake you make so u have to be super careful when you apply it or your stuck like that pretty much.

I have tried this before and I loved the colors and the coverage!

I liked it, the color was nice, and the texture was decent and long lasting. A tad glossy for me, but I suppose it's meant to be that way.

I really liked the idea of it!!! Color and shine stays on for a long time, but it would be better if color was not that dry.

The color was neutral and with the gloss was really pretty, however I could not get used how dry my lips felt after the shine was gone. The shine did not last very long and there was a left over film that felt like cement. Love Cover Girl but not this product.
