I don't think this chopper is worth the money .... you can find a better one with a lower cost at your local Target!

I have to say I was not impressed with this chopper at all. It does not chop consistantly (small pieces and then huge chunks that have not been touched). I returned it.

This chopper works, I'll give it that, but you can't really put much in it. My mom just tried using mine last week and the bottom accidentally popped off (it doesn't screw on) and pecans went ALL OVER my kitchen. It's also very difficult to get a good small chop on nuts. I'd recommend just getting the regular glas jar one like our parents had growing up.

I like my chopper, but I think it is kinda hard to clean. only use it though to chop up uneven or hard to hold foods. also works great for chopping up food for infants/toddlers as long as your not picky about the uneven sized in the cuts.

I love the blades on this chopper, but the housing has broken to the point that it won't stay together unless I hold it with my hand! I tried to get help fro PC,but they denied me :(

LOVE this chopper. It makes things super easy to cut up and with the round rubber detachable bottom, quick and simple! Only thing I do not like about this is it hard to take apart and clean. You have to completely take it apart to clean it out and the blades are super sharp, so you have to watch your fingers when your messing with this to get it apart!!

Helpful Kitchen Tool This is handy for quickly chopping up smaller things or small chunks of things. In other words, it won't be good on an entire onion but part of an onion would do well in it. Just put the item on the cutting board, put this chopper over it and push down on it. Keep pushing down over and over again until it is chopped to your liking. This comes apart easily and cleans easily as well. It is dishwasher safe. It is a helpful kitchen tool.

I love my chopper. My favorite thing is that you can easily adjust how big you want pieces to be. Other chopping systems require added parts. This one you just hit the plunger more or less times. I also love that I get alot of stress out by chopping - not that you have to hit it hard, but you get to hit it. The only negative I would say is that it does take a bit of time to clean, taking it all apart, etc. But, it is a small price to pay in my opinion.

I love love love this product. I sell pampered chef and fell in love with the food chopper. It chops evenly and its much safer more so for people like me that tends to cut themselves.

recently updated the chopper now is a must have part in my kitchen gadget line up. I now is easier to clean although not as i had hoped. It chops up onions with out burning eyes. it does a good job with just about anything i have put in it. the one thing i would warn about is watching for the hard plasic cover getting warped from the dishwasher. When that happens dont use it anymore because the blade will start chopping pieces of the plastic with your food. when that does happen just call pampered chef and they will send you a replacement.

Really like this chopper--easy to wash and dishwasher. Very stashable!

Pros - It's great for chopping stuff up for salsa. Plus it makes my husband want to help in the kitchen, he wants to get it out to cut up everything. Cons - For soft foods it more smashes then chops. And cleaning it is a real pain, I cannot tell you the number of times I have sliced my finger cleaning it.

This has been such a time saver for me! I love how fine I can chop things for cooking. I use it for meats, veggies, nuts and all kinds of other things! It's easy to clean and I love that once I take it all apart I can just put it into the dishwasher.

This gadget is easily the most used in my kitchen for chopping veggies, nuts, even leftover meat for a quick hash. Yes, a knife works well too, but this is far easier and faster! I don't have a lot of gadgets, but once I saw this in action, I knew I had to try it., and it has proved to be a time saver. With two or three slaps to the cushioned top with the palm of my hand, I have neatly chopped onion, with no tears, for a salad or soup; bits of nuts for breads or cookies; even fresh herbs. The outer cup protects fingers from the blade. The chopper is wonderful for a quickly prepared mirepoix! While I also love my food processor, this little gadget is much quicker and easier to clean. It pulls apart for quick washing, and it's easy to wash and dry. It also sits in an easily accessible cupboard to simply pull out and chop away -- easier than the stored food processor which requires some fussing before it's ready to use. The only issue I've had is that the plastic blade cover chipped a bit when it was accidentally dropped, but it was replaced by my Pampered Chef rep under the generous PC warranty. I'm not big on lots of kitchen gadgets, but this one is my favorite and most used, and i've given several as gifts to other knife-wielders who have since become chopper converts.

Best chopper I have ever used! I used my sisters to chop walnuts for a cranberry jello recipe Thanksgiving 2012 and had to have one! Luckily my daughter-in-law was selling Pampered Chef at the time and I got one for Christmas. YEAH!!!!!
