I like to use a contoured leg pillow between my thighs. It aligns my back and reduces pressure on my hips, which was exceedingly helpful when I was pregnant. I continue to use it and it helps keep my lower back from tensing up. I'd highly recommend! It's also only about $20 (or you could use a…
