When you eat out with friends, do you split the bill evenly, contribute just what you ate, or take turns paying? Do you use Venmo, PayPal, credit cards, cash or something else? How has this changed since mobile payments became commonplace? Tell us your favorite bill-paying strategies and you'll be entered to win $25 toward your next meal (paid how you want to spend it: Venmo, PayPal, or Amazon gift card!) We use what we call pick and pay. Meaning we take turns with this. And I use my Visa check card for paying for the meals. thank you

If I go with a bunch of friends, we always get separate bills.... If I ask someone to dinner, I pay the total bill. Either way, the food and the company are most always excellent! ♥

I don't split it, I pay for everyone and definitely can NOT afford to because I am on SSI.

If our tab is not split, we just pool together what each of us owes plus a tip and call it good.

Separate checks, if possible. If not possible, split it evenly. If someone orders a few too many drinks more than the others, they can do the tip.

Im always worried did i pay this bill did i pay that bill i always trying stay ahead of myself which everyone knows can be overwhelming at sometimes i want to safe then sorry when it comes to paying my bills after everything said and done i take a long nap and do the same thing next month i would love to have some extra walking around money i mean who wouldn't
