My favorite is to spray Pam, sauté fresh spinach about a hand full. Stem removed. Add two eggs scrambled. Then put a slice of veggie cheese on a fajita top with egg/spinach. And roll up. Occasionally will add salsa. Or add veggie sausage or color peppers diced about a tbsp of red yellow and orange. I love breakfast
