I usually grab food on the go. I rarely get to eat food at home. I prefer bacon egg and cheese biscuits, breakfast burritos or Waffle House all start breakfast. There are few fast food places that I will get breakfast from .

I wrote two reviews of me and my family's favorite breakfast foods in your review areas. They are Umpqua Oats and Jimmy Dean plant based patty, egg and cheese sandwiches on a croissant. These are two of our favorites and I am sure you might add them to your list when you try them. They are convenient and work on busy weekdays.

My go-to is almond butter on whole wheat toast with a cup of coffee. Satisfying and delicious. It holds me over until lunch too.
