Fantastic video I have to admit I was wondering when is too young to start teaching my child. My child is 3 years old so this book would be an amazing read. I'm always looking for ideas to teach my child the world around us. #entry #MoneyGenius
Yes! we've talked with our 12 yr old and a bit with the younger two :)
Not yet with my son, but yes I have with my teen niece and nephew, They both have over 500 in a savings account :)
I have had the "money talk" a few times with my kids because I want them to be able to know how to manage money as an adult. You have to start young to get them ready. I wish someone had had this talk with me. This book sounds amazing!

My kids are 9 & 7 and I always talk money with them when out shopping or paying bills. Every opportunity is a learning experience and you never know which one will be the ones they remember.
I commented and failed to answer the question! I have had the money talk with my children. However, I'd like to start involving them in our actual finances, so they can see firsthand where our money goes.
I just saw an ad for this book on Facebook and took a screenshot. If I don't win a copy I'll definitely check it out at the local library.
Helpful video,. Kids are all grown. Yes we did have the money talk with them.

not even close to enough of a talk on this
No, my kids are 8 & 10 and we try to explain a little about money, good buys vs, bad purchases, but haven't explained much to them yet.
My daughter is a very smart shopper but falls weakness to name brand sales that aren't really a sale. Lol
I have not had this talk, yet. My son is only (almost) 2. I really enjoy books and learning. Would love to have the knowledge and be prepared for when the time does come. I have not had the best examples when it comes to money, budgeting, or anything of that nature. Another great reason to be able to win this book! Thank you!
I don't have kids, but yes I think that helping kids learn the value of a $1 early on is a good thing. I think it can be fun and rewarding for them and the parents, esp when they see how their savings grows over time to support their goals, and finally seeing it all come true.
