Walking or hiking is my favorite way to exercise
I like walking, bicycle, lifting weights and yoga. Exercise is a very important part of my life not only for maintaining my weight in check but for my overall health!
Swimming - gets so many muscles and easy on my joints! (Oh man I sound old...)

I do a p90x3 DVd every morning...only 30 minutes and I am in the best shape of my life!
My favorite way to exercise is at my local YMCA. I can just plug my ear buds into the equipment & watch TV while I zone out exercising. Plus (huge plus) my kids are being actively engaged at the same time with Kid Fit activities. Yay!
My favorite way to exercise is stationary bike. I have been doing this every day for almost a year for 40 minutes. My bad knees prevent me from running!Would love a Fitbit to monitor my sleep too!
