My favorite is swimming outdoors but since that's seasonal my second choice for exercise is walking.
I like practicing yoga.
I exercise at home with workout videos. I also live going to for a run after a long day at work

I used to love walking my dog until his hips gave out. Now I stick with a rotation of P90X3, Les Mills Combat, and TRX.

My favorite way to exercise is playing with my kids - its a win win for all of us! (Plus as a single mom there isn't time for trips to the gym)

I've been going to the 9 Rounds gym. I like it!
I love to go on long hikes and walks, alone or with someone. I listen to podcasts and audiobooks when I'm alone. My doctor wants me to start tracking my sleep patterns, so this would be wonderful to have!
