I wanna bake something different but not sure what, if anything might be King cake as I have never made that yet!
Definitely crawfish/crayfish/crawdads for the main course with beignets for dessert!

I love both jambalaya & gumbo (okra is the BEST!). I'll start the day with my California version of beignets: very buttery and a bit sour from my starter that's over 120 years old!
