aubs78 | SENECA, SCI can't say I've overcome a limitation, but on a daily basis I struggle with body issues and an eatting disorder. It's an addiction that you can't go "cold turkey" like cigarettes because you HAVE to eat to survive. I have good days and bad days, but the key is waking up each day preparing to try again.

Jessamine41 | RCH CUCAMONGA, CAI never failed at school and just right before we go to our hospital internship (hospital internship is our 4th year in college), I failed a subject. I never felt so down, ashamed and sad in my life. I was delayed, my friends all went to their internships and I was stuck in summer school. I was aware I won't be able to graduate with them and be with them on graduation day. I gathered my strength up, went to summer school, stopped because I had a baby, then continued with my internship when I was able to. Now, I'm a stay-at-home mom but I never regret finishing my studies because I know I have my diploma and if ever I want to pursue my career, I can.

WiccaMom1496 | NEW OXFORD, PAI was diagnosed with Bipolar 1 and I have learned how to let people know when I am having a day besides understanding my meds and triggers ! I've had to over come not getting that job because I'm up front with my disease and people assume I will have a manic or downer episode at work. I take 1 day at a time and live my life and enjoy my son as much as I can.
