Man of Steel, opening June 14th, brings the son of Krypton back into our lives. A star we've never heard of, Henry Cavill, has some pretty big red boots to fill reprieving the role of beloved Christopher Reeve as Superman, someone who has come to help Earth because, as his father Jor-El said "they're a great people Kal-El, they wish to be. They only lack the light to show the way. For this reason above all, their capacity for good, I have sent them you, my only son." We can hardly wait! Get to the ticket line early. |

Zombies are just so big these days, aren't they? If you haven't been able to catch "The Walking Dead" on cable, in World War Z you'll see them match up with Brad Pitt, who plays a former U.N. "hot zone" specialist called back to duty to track down the virus that is gradually turning the world into the apocalypse. And with all that hair from the Chanel ad he has, the walking-dead may have finally met their match! We are so ready - opens on June 21st! |

Just in time for July 4th comes The Lone Ranger, a popular TV hero from the olden times, pairing Armie Hammer as a lawyer-turned-Texas-Ranger, with a mysterious Native American named Tonto (Johnny Depp) to take down an evil railroad tycoon (Tom Wilkinson) in the Old West. Even if it's not the biggest train sequence in the history of cinema, with a sidekick as charismatic as Johnny, who cares? Looks like riotous fun! |

After just having been rejected for his dream job with the Secret Service of protecting the President (Jamie Foxx), Capitol Policeman John Cale wants to break the news softly to his little girl, so he takes her on a tour of the White House just as it is overtaken by heavily armed paramilitary invaders. And if there is anyone you want to be there, as time runs out to save the President, the Country, and his little girl - it is Channing Tatum. White House Down opens in theaters on June 28th. |
