Makes: 1 large Container
Description: Sweet Maple Granola is a tasty cereal or snack! This recipe makes a huge batch. You can always store left-overs easily. I use airtight Rubbermaid containers to store my Sweet Maple Granola. After the granola cools completely, place it in containers and seal. The granola will keep fresh for about a month or so - if it lasts that long!
Ingredients:
12 oz
Maple Syrup
12 oz
Honey
1 T
Vanilla Extract
1
Large Box of Rolled Oats
2-3 lbs
Nuts, any variety
1 T
Cinnamon
1 T
Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 lb
Dried Fruit, any variety
1 C
Coconut
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Heat the honey, syrup, and vanilla until hot and mixed well
In large bowl, mix the remaining ingredients
Add the heated liquids and mix well
Place on cookie sheet and bake for 30 min., stirring halfway through
Let cool completely and store in air tight container
