Peanut Butter Cornflake Cookies

Makes: 30 Servings

Description: Simple no bake recipe and the kids love it! You can substitute cane sugar or any type of nut butter for this as well!

Ingredients:
1 Cup  Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Cup  Sugar
1 Cup  Caro Syrup (or corn syrup)
6 Cups  Corn Flakes
1 TBSP  Vanilla Extract
1 sheet  Parchment or Wax paper

Instructions: Place corn flakes in a large mixing bowl.

Add creamy peanut butter, sugar, and syrup in a medium pot on medium high heat.

Mix frequently so the sugar doesn't burn.

Heat until the center of the mixture starts to bubble, make sure everything is smooth and mixed well.

Remove from heat.

Add Vanilla extract

Pour overtop of the corn flakes and mix well until everything is coated.

Be careful to not break the corn flakes.

Take a tablespoon and dish out the mixture onto the wax paper.

Let cool and Enjoy!!!
