No Flour Peanut Butter Cookies

Makes: 12 1

Description: Great peanut butter cookies with just peanut butter, sugar and an egg!

Ingredients:
1 cup  Granulated Sugar
1 cup  Smooth Peanut Butter
1  Egg

Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 F .
In a Large mixing bowl, put 1 cup peanut butter in and with a wooden spoon mix to make slightly creamier.
Add your 1 cup granulated sugar and mix well.
Add your 1 egg, and blend all together.
When everything is well blended drop spoonful of peanut butter mix onto a greased cookie sheet. About 2 inches apart. Cooking spray is fine also. With a fork make lines, once horizontal and once vertical on each cookie. Bake at 350 F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom.
Let Cool.
Makes 12 cookies, to make 24 cookies double everything.

I've used this recipe on plenty occasions! I love it because the recipe doesn't call for a lot of ingredients and they're delicious !!!
