Makes: 6 Servings
Description: An easy go-to crockpot meal that the whole family will love.
Ingredients:
3-4
Fresh or frozen chicken breasts
1 can
Black beans, not drained
1 can
Corn, not drained
1/4-1/2 cup
Salsa
1/2 cube or 4 oz
Cream Cheese
Instructions:
Put the chicken in the crockpot, top with beans, corn and salsa. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
30-45 minutes before serving add cream cheese.
Mix all together, shredding the chicken and incorporating the cream cheese.
Serve on rice or with tortilla chips.
