Deb's Fire Pops

Makes: 40 1

Description: Stuffed Jalapenos can be kind of time consuming, but they are always, always a hit at every single party or get together I have ever been too! They can be hot too, so be sure to warn people! Guarantee someone will ask you for the recipe!

Ingredients:
1  Bag of shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup  Mayonaise
2  Chopped Green Onions
1 Lrg Can  Jalapenos

Instructions: Mix together in a bowl.....
Bag of Shredded Cheese
1-2 cups of Mayo (try to get a creamy texture)
Chopped Green Onions
Put in refrigerator until jalapenos are all ready to stuff

Drain can of Jalapenos
Cut off stems
Slice jalapeno down the middle long ways
Scrape out the seeds

Now start stuffing them with the cheese & mayo & green onion mixture. You can use a knife or little spatula. Arrange them on a platter and sprinkle with Chili Powder!

Sounds great. My husband likes jalapeno anything and so do my boys. Thank you for sharing.
