Description: This recipe is quick and easy for busy moms that I love and my daughter loves and my husband loves. Add some hot sauce in your own bowl and make sure you take some for leftovers the next day because it is just as good the enxt day.
Ingredients:
2lbs
Boneless Chicken
1
Can of corn
1
Bag of Shredded Cheese
1
Box of Zatarain's yellow Rice
1
Can of Cream of Chicken
Instructions:
Put the Boneless Chicken and can of Cream of Chicken in the crockpot before leaving for work on low (and I put mine on for low 10 hours).
When you get home from work cook the box of Yellow Rice as directed on the box and add the corn to the crockpot with the chicken and Cream of Chicken. Mix together to break up Chicken. When Rice is done, add it to the crockpot and then pour the whole bag of cheese on top of the rice. Let it warm up the cheese and melt it and it's DONE! Quick, Easy and DELICIOUS!! :)
