Busy Lady Peanut Butter Cookies

Makes: 1 dozen
Description: These cookies are for people who love peanut butter cookies, but don't have a lot of time to make them. It's simple and fast. You can increase amount by increasing everything by 1.
Ingredients:
1
egg
1 cup
chunky or smooth peanut butter
1 cup
sugar
1/2 cup
sugar to roll in
Instructions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Roll dough into balls then roll in sugar. Press down on the balls with a fork in a criss cross pattern. Bake for 11-13 minutes depending on how big you make the balls.
These are my ultimate favorite. Maybe I'll try to make these tomorrow.
