on Oct 05, 2011: i go to yoga class, and it makes me calm, but my 'calming' day is saturday - i take a long shower, wash my hair, use a mask on my face, and watch a NICE LONG MOVIE with the bedroom door closed! that does it for me.

on Dec 03, 2008: i like the forever stamp, because i was getting tired of the post office increases! Its not like we have a CHOICE WHEN MAILING OUR MAIL. The post office is all we have.
