Usually when this happens it's because I'm home with nothing to do but be lazy so I'll plug in a video game and lose myself in it. :]

I get a crochet hook and get busy. Not only is it relaxing, but my beautiful afghan not only gives me a sense of accomplishmet, but is cozy to cuddle up with my husband and watch a good movie.

I tend to sit and brew about situations until I am ready to talk to my husband or sister.

Lately, I've found that I can breath so much better after yoga. I've finally dusted off the DVDs, and kick myself in the butt during downward dog for not doing it sooner. I read from something inspirational (Book of Secrets by Deepak) before I go to bed to clear out all the stuff from the day. Last, I'm so grateful for everyone I have in my life.

I work - since I work freelance at home as the www.digitalgrandparent.com, I can lose myself for a while and then find myself again when my regular life calls. It's a perfect solution.
