My Husband and son really love when I buy these and put them in my homemade pasta sauce. Were not big meat eaters in this house but they sure love love love this sausage.

I can always count on these to add just the right flavor to my sauce. This would be 5 stars except it does have MSG in it and I try to avoid that additive... but... I like them enough to cheat sometimes.

This is great sausage. I grill it, pan fry it. Best is I take off the casing and brown it and use it in chili or spaghetti. Very yummy!
