Delicious! Great for making sausage and pepper sandwiches, all day on the stove gravies, cut up for homeade pizza toppings, the possibilities are endless. Put your stove on med high heat and carmalize the sausages then bring it down to low and finish the sausages in a sauce or in the oven :)

I love these sausages for their versatility. You can remove the casings and brown the meat to put into pasta sauce, or they are even good plain, completely without a bun and with just a dab of mustard. I love serving these with our standby steamed veggies or sometimes we splurge and serve it with stuffing! YUM!!!

Johnsonville Sweet Italian Sausage is the meat I use when making Pasta. My family prefers it to meatballs. It is also wonderful in my cooked cabbage recipe. We like them on the grill.
