It was a GREAT price ... but it was very thin and runny. Maybe this would be good for someone that doesn't wear makeup often or not going for a more polished look.

Not so good The e.l.f liquid eyeliner is not a good product but is cheap. Yes the brush is thin and easy to apply but the liquid itself is disappointing. After applying the eyeliner it takes time for it to dry. By the end of the day my eye looks like i have bags which is not cute.

I used this for a while. But it didn't last all day. & It flaked off easily. Not the biggest fan

I really do not know what the hype about this eyeliner is about. it's smudgy and runny, and if you're not careful you end up getting it everywhere. Around the half of the day point I already looked like a racoon.

does the job, but not that great Its not terrible, but its not that great either. If your really on a budget I would say maybe, But use pencil eyeliner or lock it in with a black powder. It can be very liquidy

Eh This product is relatively easy to apply and lasts pretty long but it seems to lack pigment

Not a favorite I didn't love this one. Seemed a little messy for me. I would rather save my money and buy one a little more expensive if it works better.

This eyeliner is very cheaply made, it is a lot more watery than it is useful.

too messy The applicator on the E.L.F eyeliner and packaging are good. Unfortunately the formula of the liquid eye liner was runny and made it too messy to use. I wish it were thicker so it was easier to apply. Maybe I got a bad tube. I wouldn't try it again though.

It is a good waterproof eyeliner. The product has never smudged on me. My main problem with it is the applicator. It is almost impossible to get a nice thin line. So if you like a more dramatic look then this works. For a natural look, not so much.

these are okay. hey apply very nice and smooth but they rub off soooooo easily!

I'm not big into this type of liner but I do like this one from e.l.f.

Don't expect a lot from this e.l.f. product. You do get your dollars worth but if you like to have more dramatic eyes with a thick line, then this is the product for you! The applicator sometimes gets a little gunky but as long as you rub some off it will be okay. Overall, not satisfied nor dissatisfied.

This product is VERY inexpensive and its not a bad liquid eyelien at all. The applicator doesn't work well though.

Ok. I would love this product if only it wasn't so wet. I have to sit with my eyes closed for about 10 minutes in order for it not to smear. I also have a hard time with getting a thin line. If those two things were different I would give it 5 stars. I like it otherwise. I got it in a 5 piece set with two other liquid liners and 2 pencils. Its good for someone whose practicing or wants a thick line.
