I fear change....ha.... so I avoided the redbox for a long time, but now that I have tried it, I love it! It seems like no matter where you are, there is a redbox nearby, and the awesome thing is, you can return the movie to any redbox, not just the one where you rented it. They are super inexpensive, there is a good variety, I've never had a problem with any of the discs not playing, like I have from movies I've rented from the blockbuster stores, and you can't beat the price! I even get emails from them confirming movie returns, etc, and sometimes even codes for free rentals! They have some bluray movies too! Love it!

Renting new releases has never been more affordable! My only issue is remembering to return the movies so I don't get charged for a second day! lol

When Redbox first came out, I thought oh great, no late fee's, no video memberships, no weighing in line, $1 a day oh my! But then I realized they don't carry the copy of the Marilyn Monroe movie, I've been dyeing to see, and now most of the video place have closed, so now what do I do. Then my $1 a day rental has turned into $20 because I forgot and lost the disk arrrrrg. And I get coupon codes a lot, for a free night rental, now the challenge of remembering to return before 9 pm the following day, or it really isn't free. Over all has made life easier.

I love Redbox! I have never had a problem with any DVDs skipping or not playing. Their customer service takes care of any problems like that. It's easy to forget to bring it back, just like all movie rental stores. I recommend Redbox for the inexpensive movies!

I like the convenience of RedBox, but the title selection is lacking and when you do find one you want, it's often not there... and I'm upset the prices have gone up more than $.25. The whole point was $1 a night... My rating continues to drop...

I love Redbox! I get free codes sent to my phone at least once a month! Other times I get discount codes. I love the price. I am the type to rent a movie, watch immediately and then return so I never have to pay a lot to get the movie I want. I love that you can rent online and hold at the location I choose. This is the greatest invention! Perfect for my lifestyle!

I think the RedBox is a great convenience. I can get a movie on my way out of the grocery store and even if I keep it for a few days, it's still cheaper than On-Demand. WONDERFUL!

I do like Redbox mainly because of the price. However, Blockbuster express is much more generous with providing codes for free movies (or x amount off). I guess selecting between the two won't be an issue anymore, since I got an e-mail from Blockbuster express saying they have sold out to Redbox.

Love Redbox and personally prefer it to Blockbuster Express, first because Redbox is cheaper for new release movies as it's same price as other older movies ($1.20 per night when reserved online, several cents more when not ) while Blockbuster Express charges $3 per night on new releases. 99 cent movie night . We love Redbox here. The only down side is that they are not current with the movies .

Redbox is Great if they would hurry up and work out there bugs in the system! i have been using them for months and have had 4 problems with them but still continue to go back to the red box!! you can reserve online witch i like to do but when you go to the box to pick them up I've had a problem 2 times now that won't give me my reserved movies because of the card reader! when i did not get my movies i called them and was offered to be credited back or two free codes for other movies what they don't tell you is the codes cannot be used at the same time sorta a pain in the butt! the other two times i had issues were with the kiskos it self being down! other than that its good and cheep!!

Love Redbox....But be careful because there have been a few times where the movie wont play in my dvd player. We have called the company and what they usually do is credit it back to your account and are very helpful. They try to remove all "bad" dvds.
