on Mar 25, 2025: A couple years ago one of my friends received a devastating diagnosis; not life threatening, but devastating nonetheless. I was able to listen to her as she was navigating living with this new reality.

on Mar 17, 2025: My mom inspires me to keep moving forward. Her love for life and everything around her is truly inspirational. She enjoys everything, even the flowers she sees everyday when, at 80, she goes for her daily walk.
