I love this product and actually buy the mild version often. It will be less frequent than it used to be! My husband loves spicy food so I thought these would be perfect for them. We popped them on the grill and they were delicious! I also made spaghetti bolognese by taking the meat out of the casings and breaking it up. There was a real kick to the dish and it took our normal, boring spaghetti up a couple of notches. It was amazing! There are so many dishes I can use these with and my husband is going to be thrilled!

This is my personal favorite! The mild and the four-cheese are also great, of course, but I always like my food with a bit of a kick to it. I love to cook this sausage with some nice healthy greens, like kale or collards, and a touch of garlic, and it makes an absolutely delicious meal served over pasta!

Great flavor and texture. I used this in a recipe that I found for Penne alla Vodka with Sausage and it was outstanding! I'm now a big fan of the hot italian links!

This was really good, too. It has a hearty somewhat spicy flavor that was really good with bow tie pasta, tomato sauce and Philly cooking creme along with some peppers and onions. Yum!

We loved the hot sausage added it to jumbalaya and it was awesome. Of course there wasn't one of the sausages that we didn't like we will buy again and again.

This was a very nice blend of spices. It wasn't so hot that my husband could not eat it, however, spicy enough to satisfy my need for something hot. We grilled it with some onions and peppers on torpedo rolls. Yummmmmmmmmm.

This is my favorite out of all of the sausages from Johnsonville. You can do so much with it. I love it with mushrooms and sauce and served on buns. It's hot sausage mushroom barbeque. The only thing I don't like is that it's not sold loose. It's so much easier to make the recipe if you don't have to waste time removing it from the casing. Still my favorite no matter what!
