i gave these a 5 star but i really didn't try them , we don't eat spicy things in our house, but if they are like all of the other kinds i'm sure they are delicious

I used the hot italian sausage in place of the sausage that I usually purchase for a potato soup called Toscana. It was more zest and flavor to the soup! We will be adding Johnsonville Italian Sausage to our family dinners more often!

Love the hot sausage...great kick but not too overpowering. Used it to make some Sausage and Peppers for a family dinner event. Yum!!

Grill these up, add some grilled onions and peppers and slap it all in a big bun...BAM absolutely YUMMY! I will buy again and again. We had our Johnsonville get together and everyone loved the kick!

Great and not too hot!

Wonderful on the grill, with pasta. It doesnt matter how you cook these up, the taste is great, spicy. Johnsonville products are STUPENDOUS!!

Very tasty, spicy which adds a little kick to the sausage, pepper, onion hoagie. You could probably tone it down with some mild spaghetti sauce, but we prefer it to have a little "bite" to it.

we love this sausage! We use it all the time in spaghetti, Italian beef sandwiches, breakfast casseroles, frittatas. Yumm!!!
